Refund policy
At Isabelle’s Closet, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, please email us at shopisabellescloset@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
• Final sale / clearance items
• Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
• Swimwear (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll cover the cost of return or send a replacement.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at shopisabellescloset@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
